Questions people ask
Which S40 bundle will I get?
Our offering is MVC S40-C5U: SmartVision 40, MCore 4, MTouch Plus and RoomSensor. We do not mix C4/C5 components, MCore Pro or MTouch E2 into this package. Displays, mounting services, installation and Microsoft Teams Rooms licensing are included only where explicitly quoted.
Is WPP30 included as standard?
The datasheet describes WPP30 sharing support but does not list WPP30 under Package Content. It is included in a CC supply only when your quote explicitly lists it.
S40 or S50?
S40 is aimed at small-to-medium rooms; S50 at medium-to-large. Room depth, table shape and audio coverage decide it, not headcount alone.
Can it work with our existing displays?
Often yes, if inputs, size and condition suit the room. We check during review.
