Do we need a Teams Rooms licence?
Not for a pure BYOD setup, because the meeting runs on the user’s laptop under their own account.
Will it work with Zoom and Google Meet?
Generally, yes — USB room devices present as a standard camera and audio device. We check your laptop fleet during review.
Can we move to Teams Rooms later?
Often, depending on the bundle. We note the upgrade path in your quote.
