1. Acceptance

2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes issued by Communicate Collaborate Ltd are valid for 30 days from the issue date as stated on the quote document. Prices are fixed for the quoted scope. Changes to scope after acceptance may result in a revised quote.
3. Commercial stages
The following are separate commercial events and must each be explicitly recorded: (a) consultation outcome agreed; (b) solution confirmed in writing; (c) quote accepted; (d) installation accepted. Verbal agreement does not substitute for written confirmation in the project portal.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Communicate Collaborate Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
