Optional analytics and essential storage
Essential device storage supports assessment drafts, enquiry recovery, receipts and sign-in. These features work if you reject optional analytics. Use “Manage privacy choices” at the bottom of public pages to change your choice.
External analytics remain disabled until a valid measurement ID is configured. If enabled, and only with your permission, Google Analytics can measure assessment start and completion, a successfully saved enquiry and an outbound booking handoff. A booking handoff is not a confirmed appointment. We do not include your name, email, notes or configuration/reference identifiers in these events.
Optional campaign attribution accepts only our named Google/Bing search campaigns, after analytics consent. Other query text and advertising click identifiers are not captured by this measurement feature. Advertising tags are not enabled. Rejecting analytics stops future events and attempts to remove first-party analytics cookies; it does not delete data already sent with prior consent.
